ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER NEEDS AND DEVELOPMENT OF A SOFTWARE APPLICATION

In order to provide our clients with innovative and customized software solutions, allowing for real-time analysis of their companies and providing the necessary support for decision making at all hierarchical levels, we consider the analysis of customer needs as a priority.

Although SAP offers complex standard solutions for each business process, each company has its unique needs. When a standard SAP solution does not exactly match the client's needs, a customized software application is required.

PROJECTS IN SAP HANA

The SAP HANA database keeps all the data in RAM and that is why it is now possible to develop real-time analysis. Previously, for a large volume of data, Business Intelligence solutions were used: data is aggregated overnight and Business Intelligence programs display data that is already aggregated. The disadvantage of these solutions is that the aggregations have to be thought of before and the user cannot display a situation and then easily change the selection period or other selection criteria, like: remove certain products from the evaluation or exclude the turnover achieved from promotions.

ADOBE FORMS AND WORKFLOW

Are SAP forms cumbersome and outdated? Did the programmers tell you that new fonts cannot be used or that QR codes or quality images cannot be integrated? Might be the case for others ... We use Adobe Forms :)

Also, it is no longer necessary to print all forms and send them by mail. The forms can be sent by email as attachments or can be downloaded from a webshop.

WEBSERVICES AND INTEGRATION

Information about business partners in their specific roles (customers, suppliers) can be easily integrated with telephony applications such as XPhone®. Thus, when answering a call, the employee of the client-company already knows who he or she is talking to, the company the caller represents, and the customer or supplier ID is displayed in a pop-up. With this Business Partner ID, the employee can query the SAP system and offer the solution directly over the phone or forward the call to the employee inside the company best able to help the client or the provider who initiated the phone call.

The list of business partners can also be integrated with Microsoft Outlook®. Thus, distribution lists can be created for certain types of partners.

The most complex integration of SAP ERP is with a webshop that can take orders from customers and create sales orders in SAP.

ARCHIVING DOCUMENTS

An agile business environment demands fast and reliable solutions. Quickly finding, displaying, selecting and outputting the desired document from the SAP archives facilitates communication with customers, suppliers and auditors.

Although SAP is a complex integrated system, it unfortunately does not offer a standard archiving solution.

EVENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

The Event Management solution makes it possible to organize events with or without qualification conditions, as well as trainings, depending on the qualification requirements of the participants (employees, collaborators, interested participants).

If a standard solution is not sufficient, an individualized event management program is justified.

LEASING SOLUTIONS

The leasing solution developed at the client's request, ensures compliance with the legal norms and allows the efficient management of the leasing contracts throughout the whole life cycle, from beginning to termination.

The program facilitates the management of the leasing process for company cars offered to consultants or employees as a benefit, calculated on the basis of performance indicators defined by the client-company.

STANDARD SAP EXTENSION

There are requirements that cannot be covered by the standard SAP solution such as:
• Assign a cost item for an order position
• Warning if a customer has already ordered on the current day to avoid double orders
• Assign a voucher and validate it for an ordered material or service
